As we work together to battle the coronavirus, we will continue to offer safe and secure online sessions . Even though the American Indian Studies office(s) are closed, in accordance with the guidelines recommended by CDC, we are working remotely and continuing to provide student, staff, and faculty assistance. Jacques Manonian Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship ($2,000 - $6,000) is designed to assist undergraduates, with preference to Native American and Montanan students, to participate in the Wilderness and Civilization program at the University of Montana, Missoula. This semester-plus program is designed to complement any major and offers students a Wilderness Studies Minor through campus- and field-based interdisciplinary coursework. Out-of-state students are encouraged to participate in the program through the National Student Exchange program.
