Penfield Library seeks a clever, seasoned professional who will:

(a) assist the Library Director in identifying and supporting user-centered, innovative, and high-impact services;
(b) work with the Library Director to align library resources, services, and other initiatives to institutional priorities, and assess them;
(c) helm the library's scholarly communication efforts, and manage the institutional repository;
(d) develop and promote the library's Special Collections;
(e) foster a culture of appreciation, inspiration, and collaboration within the library
