Alisse Ali-Joseph (PhD) Appointed New Faculty Athletics Rep (NAU)

Alisse Ali-Joseph (Oklahoma Choctaw)

Alisse earned both an MA (2006) and a PhD (2013) from AIS. Her dissertation title is "American Indian Collegiate Athletes: Accessing Education Through Sport." She has continued her research interests by serving as a Lecturer with the Applied Indigenous Studies Department at Northern Arizona University. Alisse has recently been appointed as the new faculty athletics representative at NAU by President Cheng.  Please click the link to find out more.
